we are (not quite) the champions. but we almost were. we took 2nd. and this particular game was played on one of the crummiest fields in dallas on one of the most ridiculously hot, humid and polluted nights of the season (enchanting conditions for asthma). we all look exactly like we felt. so, so done. at least we got another oh-so-attractive t-shirt for our efforts! makes up for some of the humiliation for getting our tails whipped by the hooligans (their actual team name, i kid you not).
